Customer Experience

Key Responsibilities:

•Provide support via chat, email, calls, and instant messaging

•Handle advertiser inquiries and troubleshoot issues

•Guide clients on advertising best practices and product features

•Conduct outreach to promote advertising opportunities (80+ daily interactions)

•Help advertisers optimize performance and grow their ad spend

•Work with internal teams to improve processes and service delivery

Requirements:

•Experience in customer service or sales (cross-selling/upselling is a plus)

•Good understanding of social media platforms

•Comfortable using Microsoft and Google tools

•Fluent in English (spoken & written); other language skills are a bonus

•Minimum diploma/college degree in any field

•Strong communication and problem-solving skills

•Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first attitude
