  • Ensure a great customer experience by proactively reducing customer paint points
  • Create efficient customer care processes and identify scope for improvement in customer experience
  • Work with the operations and manufacturing teams to ensure all issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Maintain updated knowledge of Supervek product offerings, features and policies
  • Participate in meetings and activities to improve customer experience
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer queries and resolutions
