JOB SUMMARY:
The Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for managing communication with dealers to gather insights and feedback.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct daily calls to dealers to gather insights and specific feedback, documenting both positive and negative responses.
- Research dealer-related issues in Microsoft Dynamics and provide actionable feedback to all associated teams.
- Maintain attention to detail in documenting results for Operations to follow up on and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Enter data into the CRM system and Excel; utilize Power BI and FMTP site for advanced reporting and data visualization.
- Collaborate with Customers and Account Management to generate internal and external reports, effectively communicating results to stakeholders.
