Cromwell Tools Export is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers across phone, email and live chat. You will own inquiries from start to finish, delivering professional, accurate and caring service.

You will collaborate with Sales, Branch Operations and Supply Chain to inform customers, resolve issues and help them find the right products. A fast-paced environment rewards relationship-building and exceptional service.
