Recruitify_HR is assisting a busy franchised dealership in Ballito to hire a friendly Junior Customer Relations Manager to join the customer experience team.

You will welcome customers, build relationships, follow up on experiences, and support CSI monitoring while delivering excellent service. Ideal candidates have strong communication, are well-presented, confident, and may hold a valid driver’s license as a plus.
