This part-time role isn’t just a front desk role, you’ll be the go-to person during your shift, making sure everything runs smoothly, supporting the team and ensuring patrons have a great experience every time they walk through our doors. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support to Customer Experience staff during assigned shifts.

  • Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently on open, midday and close shifts.

  • Deliver outstanding service to all members and visitors.

  • Handle customer complaints and complex enquiries with professionalism and care.

  • Prevent and resolve conflicts and escalate complaints as required.
