McFall Fuel is seeking a proactive Customer Experience Support for a 6-month fixed-term parental leave contract to sustain high service levels and assist sales across all channels.

You will manage calls and queries, provide product information, support lead tracking, and prepare proposals and sales documentation while collaborating with Sales and Regional Operations to ensure smooth processes and exceptional customer experiences.
