You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Answer incoming customer calls and chats across multiple accounts.
  • Respond to email, voicemail, fax, and phone inquiries with strong customer service quality.
  • Process new customer orders received through various communication channels.
