Acting as a frontline ambassador, the representative handles customer inquiries, processes orders, and provides product and service support while ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams such as Sales, Logistics, and Operations.
