Customer Experience & Projects Executive

Solarvest (Vietnam) Company Limited is seeking a Customer Operations Executive to serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients following project handover. This role involves project communication, client management, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, possess strong communication skills, and be self-motivated. Knowledge of both Bahasa Malaysia and English is required, with Mandarin as a possible advantage.
