JOB VACANCY: Customer Experience (CX) Executive
Location: Iskandar Puteri
Working Days: 6 days per week
Working Hours: Rotation shift
Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,500
Start Date: January
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from customers
- Resolve enquiries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally
- Assist customers with bookings, payments, and account matters
- Ensure a positive customer experience at all times
- Update and maintain accurate customer records
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer service or call center experience is a plus
- Willing to work rotation shifts and 6 days per week
- Able to start work in January/February
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
