JOB VACANCY: Customer Experience (CX) Executive

Location: Iskandar Puteri
Working Days: 6 days per week
Working Hours: Rotation shift
Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,500
Start Date: January

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from customers
  • Resolve enquiries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally
  • Assist customers with bookings, payments, and account matters
  • Ensure a positive customer experience at all times
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Customer service or call center experience is a plus
  • Willing to work rotation shifts and 6 days per week
  • Able to start work in January/February

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
