Enhance customer satisfaction with Permacon as a Customer Experience Manager in Ontario's Southwestern region. Lead a dedicated team to implement effective sales policies and provide superior service.
Based in the Milton Office, you will oversee three Customer Experience Coordinators and a total of around ten team members. Your role involves staffing, coaching, and training to ensure excellence in areas like logistics, inventory control, and contract management. Building positive relationships with sales, production, and planning teams is also crucial for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Customer Experience team to exceed service standards
• Supervise and develop Customer Experience Coordinators and staff
• Implement efficient order-taking and logistics policies
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to enhance service
• Manage customer information and database efficiently
Requirements:
• College diploma in business or equivalent experience
