Dunedin Railways is in an exciting growth phase as we evolve from a traditional rail operator into a high quality tourism experience business. We operate iconic products, including the Taieri Gorge Railway and a growing cruise, group and charter portfolio.

We’re looking for a Customer Experience Manager to own the end to end customer journey, lead our frontline teams, and grow the commercial value of the experiences we deliver.

This is a hands on leadership role for someone who loves building great teams, creating memorable experiences, and turning customer excellence into repeat business and advocacy.
