The Customer Experience Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experiences throughout their journey. Your insights into accounting workflows will play a critical role in shaping our services and enhancing customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Streamline the annual close delivery process with various teams
• Enhance customer experiences in collaboration with Sales and Growth
• Create repeatable processes from onboarding to year-end renewals
• Identify ways to improve customer retention and expansion revenue
• Build training materials and internal knowledge bases
Requirements:
• Solid accounting knowledge; CPA preferred
• 3–7+ years in SaaS Customer Success or CX Operations
