What You'll Do
Deliver multi-channel hardware and desktop support for Windows devices and proprietary software.
Support both internal teams and external small business clients with technical troubleshooting.
Act as a subject matter expert for dental 3D scanning hardware and specialized software.
Handle complex technical escalations with accuracy and efficiency.
Document SOPs to improve workflows and operational consistency.
Provide technical coaching and guidance to front-line support agents.
