Key Responsibilities:Proactive follow up of Shipments to MENA RegionTracking of open Shipments with Freight Forwaders (Sea and Air)Preparation of Export Documents for the assigned marketsClose interaction with Customer Experience, Forwarders, WarehousesProcessing requests for information / quotationAdvising Customer Experience on Logistic mattersPromptly escalating internallyIncoterm handlingSupplier invoices processingCreation of Reports to Direct Manager

We value:Experience in International Export environment (preferably Freight Forwarder)Knowledge of Export Requirements / Documents / RegulationsSAP experienceFluency in English is mandatory.
