Kickstart is Pakistan's largest coworking space operator with a mission of creating ease of doing business for SMEs, startups, and freelancers. We have 17 operational coworking spaces in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, with 6000+ members using our spaces daily.
Role Description
We are looking for a Customer Experience Executive in Karachi. They will be responsible for handling inbound calls, monitoring missed calls, providing callers with accurate information about Kickstart's services, and updating the CRM system.
Key Responsibility
1. Inbound Call Handling & Consultation
Handle inbound calls professionally and promptly.
Act as a subject matter expert on Kickstart's offerings, including services, membership plans, amenities, and location-specific features.
Clearly explain product options and value propositions to prospective customers.
Conduct needs analysis by understanding customer requirements such as team size, preferred location, and budget.
