Customer Experience & Events Coordinator
- Organize visits for customers, partners and guests, including agendas, meetings, hospitality and logistics.
- Support corporate events, customer events and open houses, from planning to on‑site coordination and follow‑up.
- Coordinate trade shows, working with suppliers and the Marketing and Sales teams.
- Ensure clear communication and smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor the quality and consistency of customer‑facing activities, collect feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer experience and event processes.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in event coordination, customer experience, hospitality or a similar role.
