Job Description
TaskUs is seeking a Communications Coach to design, implement, and lead a comprehensive coaching framework for our customer-facing teams. You will refine tone, empathy, and de-escalation tactics to improve customer experiences and NPS scores.
The role requires at least 2 years in a team-leader/outsourcing context, managing 10+ teammates, with strong communication and process excellence skills, across phone, email, and live chat channels. Shift flexibility is expected.
