Role Summary

The Customer Experience Associate is responsible for delivering a world‑class customer and leadership experience across on‑site and off‑site engagements. This role serves as the face of the organization for customer hospitality, executive visits, and experiential events, while also managing the day‑to‑day coordination required to ensure seamless office and account support. An important aspect of this role is the ownership and upkeep of the Gen AI Experience Center, ensuring it remains current, engaging, and impactful for visiting customers and leaders.

  • Host and manage customer and leadership meetings at office premises and off‑site locations.
  • Ensure a professional, welcoming, and high‑quality hospitality experience for all visitors.
