Hiring salary range: $3,610.06 - 4,847.80 / Bi-weekly
Job Function: The Analyst will support the Customer Experience team by providing insights and implementation recommendations based on customer engagement strategies, CX surveys, data mining, customer segmentation, and journey mapping.
The Analyst will also support Hydro One’s demand flexibility initiatives, including the Virtual Power Plant program.
