The Retail Specialist for Stores is responsible for optimizing the performance of retail stores by ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and maximizing sales. They play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, implementing strategies to enhance customer experience, and achieving sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in subscribers with their concerns and queries.
• Sells all products and services to walk‑in customers.
• Performs product demonstrations.
• Accepts, screens, evaluates, and approves documents received from subscribers.
• Practices timely and efficient customer delivery thereby achieving targets for the entire team.
• Complies with agreed shift schedules.
• Complies with attendance policy including pre‑approval of OT availment and keeps own workplace clean, compliant with established 5S standards.
