We are looking for experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to provide high-quality customer support in English and Spanish. This role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls while delivering accurate information about products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in English and Spanish
  • Provide information and support related to various products and services
  • Handle inbound and outbound call programs
  • Respond to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls
  • Gather and capture relevant customer information, assess interest in the client's products or services, and perform warm transfers when required
  • Work on a single program or manage multiple programs during a typical workday
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • English level C1 (advanced) – required
  • Fluent Spanish communication skills
