Brief Job Description:
Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counselling Sessions. Perform to close lead developed by media, special events, direct mail and referral sources. Clarifying pertinent information and discussing the implications toward students’ academic success. Being accessible and available to students to respond to their queries, questions and concerns via Live Chat, Inbound Calls and Emails. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with the students for utmost customer satisfaction
