Brief Job Description:

  • Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counselling Sessions.
  • Perform to close lead developed by media, special events, direct mail and referral sources.
  • Clarifying pertinent information and discussing the implications toward students’ academic success.
  • Being accessible and available to students to respond to their queries, questions and concerns via Live Chat, Inbound Calls and Emails.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with the students for utmost customer satisfaction
  • Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 2+ years experience in counselling, telecalling, BPO.
  • Internet industry background preferred.
  • Possess communication skills – Hindi, English.
