Customer Experience Advisor – Banking (Ras Al Khaima)

LanceSoft Middle East is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor in Ras Al Khaima to handle customer inquiries across calls, chats and emails, delivering courteous service and accurate information. This is a permanent, on-site role based in the UAE and requires strong communication skills.
