Customer Engineer

Applied Materials is a global leader in materials engineering solutions used to produce virtually every new chip and advanced display. This position is located in Clark Freeport Zone, Philippines.

Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Field Service Engineers in installing, maintaining, and upgrading customer equipment.
• Use digital analytics for troubleshooting and apply basic diagnostic techniques to assess equipment and address technical issues.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems (training will be provided).
• Coordinate and communicate directly with customers to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned.
