Field Service Technician – Poland (Virtual). The role requires frequent travel within South Africa, standby and shift rotations, weekend and public holiday coverage, and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Install, repair, maintain, and upgrade ATMs and related self‑service devices to meet customer and business requirements.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and system issues using established procedures and customer‑provided information.
- Manage customer incidents from initial assignment through resolution to ensure compliance with SLAs.
