Key Responsibilities

  1. Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  2. Provide remote support for customers.

  3. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, or network issues.
  4. Handle escalations from support teams.

  5. Collaboration with Internal Teams

  6. Work closely with sales, R&D, and product teams to align customer needs.

  7. Provide feedback from customers to help improve products and services.

  8. Pre-Sales / Post-Sales Support

  9. Assist sales teams in technical discussions or product demonstrations.

  10. Ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation.

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Computer Science.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (to communicate with Chinese customers).
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
