Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Provide remote support for customers.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, or network issues.
Handle escalations from support teams.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
Work closely with sales, R&D, and product teams to align customer needs.
Provide feedback from customers to help improve products and services.
Pre-Sales / Post-Sales Support
Assist sales teams in technical discussions or product demonstrations.
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Computer Science.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (to communicate with Chinese customers).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
