Customer Engagement Program Specialist

Description: Client has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Engagement Program Specialist to be based in our award-winning Executive Briefing Center (EBC) located in OFallon, Missouri (St. Louis area). The EBC is an essential commercial sales tool utilized by end-user and channels sales teams as well as for marketing events and internal sales enablement needs to support our business. In this role, you will be responsible for helping our sales teams and customers succeed by leveraging our Centers resources and capabilities through the planning, execution, and follow-up of effective customer visits (briefings) as well as trainings (internal and external) and other activities both in-person and virtually (through an advanced video camera system).
