What does the job look like?

Linfox Intermodal is on a growth journey, and we're looking for a Customer Engagement Manager to join our team in West Melbourne, VIC. Acting as the link between our commercial and operational teams, you'll assess customer requirements, analyse data, develop tailored logistics solutions and lead strategic growth initiatives from opportunity identification through to successful implementation. You'll play a key role in securing new business, strengthening customer partnerships and ensuring new opportunities are seamlessly embedded into the Linfox Intermodal network. Key areas:

Lead end-to-end tender and bid processes, delivering solutions from customer opportunity assessment through to implementation

Analyse customer and operational data to identify opportunities, develop solutions and support business growth initiatives
