As a Customer Engagement Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering excellence in customer service to both internal and external customers and will be instrumental in interacting directly with new and existing customers via phone, email and social media. Working to provide a high‑quality level of service to all customers, the Customer Service Advisor will positively represent the Numatic International brand acting as the first line of contact.

• Experience of using office and communication systems.
