Job Description

The Customer Development Leader REWE Omnichannel is responsible for achieving profitable sales growth by creating and executing business plans for defined business segments nationally, across REWE regions, and with other partners within the REWE grocery channel. The role maximizes customer and category performance in line with targets and budgets, leveraging data to generate valuable insights and sustainable growth solutions. It also involves developing and maintaining strong, influential relationships with customers (online and offline) and collaborating closely with the One Demand community.



Additionally, this position is responsible for developing and executing the digital and omnichannel strategy, including end-to-end activations, leveraging retailer media initiatives, and working closely with the dcom and shopper marketing teams as part of the Omnichannel expert hub.
