Pay and Hours

Our Customer Delivery Driver rate of pay starts from £14.18 an hour; this increases to £15.45 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with the option to work a minimum of 12 hours for those who prefer flexibility.

About the Role

Customers are at the heart of everything we do. As the face of Tesco on the road, you deliver orders across the country. This role involves driving, customer interaction, and supporting the team at base. You will be responsible for ensuring clean vans, proper delivery, and excellent customer service.

• Ensure the van and trays used are clean, tidy and organized.
• Leave the back yard clean, tidy and clear of rubbish, picking up litter as seen.
