Customer Delivery Driver - Ryde Extra

Availability windows and pay details are provided to give candidates an understanding of working times and expected earnings. The role is flexible, with a guaranteed minimum of 12–16 hours each week, and hourly rates start at £14.18, increasing to £15.45 for store deliveries within the M25.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the van and trays used are clean, tidy and organised.
• Leave the back yard clean, tidy and clear of rubbish, and pick up litter as appropriate.
• Participate in the tray wash process, washing trays as part of the routine.
• Load the van as required, checking for roadworthiness before departure.
• Communicate with customers about any changes to their order, including short‑code items and substitutions, and offer refunds for any items unhappy with.
• Treat all products and deliveries with care, as if they were your own.
