About The Role

As one of our Customer Delivery Drivers, you'll bring the unique blend of quality Waitrose produce and Partner‑led service right to our customers' doors. You will be based at our purpose‑built Customer Fulfilment Centre in Coulsdon, which is closed to the public and fully equipped to maximise your ability to deliver market‑leading service. Deliveries are sourced from customers purchasing online within London and surrounding areas.

Minimum age: 18 years or older.

Key Responsibilities

  • Check your delivery routes for the day.
  • Ensure all vehicle safety checks are complete, maintaining full road compliance and health and safety.
  • Act as an ambassador for the Waitrose brand, with great customer service as the top priority.
  • Assist customers with their shopping and build rapport based on trust and service.
  • Support the wider CFC team with general shop‑keeping tasks when required.
