A housingpany based in Warrington are recruiting for a temp to join their busy customer service team till September initially. You will be managing queries from contractors and tenants.

Your new role

  • To deal with customer service matters received by email or phone, address customer issues promptly and in line with SLAs to ensure a positive customer journey.
  • Issue instructions to subcontractors and follow up to ensure prompt resolution.
  • To follow up all outstanding remedial works and take appropriate action to ensure works arepleted within set timescales.
  • Tomunicate effectively and regularly with internal departments and form excellent working relationships as part of the larger team.
  • Carry out general administrative duties, ensuring database systems are up-to-date
