Customer Order Administrator

We’re looking for a Customer Order Administrator to manage customer orders end‑to‑end, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service across the business.

This is a fast‑paced role, acting as a key point of contact between customers, sites, and internal teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage order processing (EDI and manual) accurately and on time
  • Act as the main contact for customer, site and 3PL queries
  • Monitor and resolve order issues, delays and discrepancies
  • Maintain systems and ensure orders are processed right first time
