Job Introduction

We are recruiting for a Customer Contact Specialist based at our Volvo dealership in Worcester.


The hours of work are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. 


Excellent Basic Salary with OTE up to £28,000 plus benefits.


This is a varied and interesting role and will give the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and growing department.


Role and Responsibilities

  • Dealing with Aftersales calls, booking customers vehicles into the Dealership for service or repairs

  • Accurate data inputting of customer details

  • Increase customer retention while ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Improve and drive lead conversions

  • Contacting prospective customers and upselling products

  • Initiating the solving of customers problems in a professional manner
