Workato is hiring a Customer Centric Engineer in Hyderabad City Taluka to join our Global Customer Centric Engineering team. You will tackle technical escalations, working closely with product engineering to enhance customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in customer-facing software engineering, strong Ruby proficiency, and familiarity with cloud and database technologies. This role requires availability during USA working hours.
