We are looking for a Team Lead to join our Customer Care department, managing the EME market in a position based in Pune. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, be ready to work across different time zones, and be fully committed to supporting their team on-site. Strong communication skills—with both the team and management, as well as with our customers—are essential. You will need to effectively identify, classify, and prioritize requests according to their urgency and importance. You will be expected to follow established procedures while also using your sound judgment and common sense to make decisions when processes are unclear or not fully adapted to the situation.
