Customer Care Supervisor
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Customer Care Supervisor to lead a team of customer service professionals in a fast-paced contact center environment. This role is responsible for supervising a team of 7–10 agents, providing coaching and mentorship, managing escalated customer concerns, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance both team performance and the overall customer experience.
