Outsourcing Advantage is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Care & Social Media Associate to handle customer communication, content tasks, and basic digital design work. This role involves interacting with customers, managing orders, and supporting our social media and website with engaging visual content.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer service inquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
  • Receive, record customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Edit provided videos to make them engaging and optimized for social media.
  • Use basic Photoshop skills to create or improve advertising visuals.
  • Upload photos to the website and make simple image edits as needed.
  • Post content, updates, and media on Instagram, maintaining a consistent brand presence.
