Customer Care Representative

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Responsible for regional quotations/ enquiry and follow up through SFDC, including assigning potential demand to regional sales team
+ Prepares and administers all commercial documentation such as formal quotation, contract and the relative agreements，and do the proper record retention
+ Coordinate with other departments to follow the customer or sales demand, ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
+ Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, through the relative ERP system
+ Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues related to products, delivery, service or others, and determines what corrective action needs to be taken
+ Goods delivery monitor and coordinate with customers to pick the goods on schedule， arrange the shipment
+ Payment collection & credit support and monitor, assists Finance department with account receivable on cash application
