Job Description

As part of our Customer Care team, you will act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries. In this role, you will represent the company's professional image and ensure an excellent customer experience at every touchpoint.Key Responsibilities


  • Manage incoming Customer Care calls, including shipment tracking requests, after-sales service inquiries, and product return management

  • Handle the end-to-end product return process (arranging pick-ups, receiving and inspecting returned items, issuing credit notes, and coordinating returns to the warehouse)

  • Oversee the management of products used during workshops and conferences

  • Maintain and follow up on customer files for both existing and prospective clients

  • Coordinate after-sales service for repairs: liaise with repair workshops, track repair progress, and ensure timely return of repaired products to customers
