Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Pasay City. The role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing excellent service through phone, chat, or email support.

Qualifications

  • At least Senior High School (SHS) graduate or 2nd year college undergraduate
  • With at least 1 year of generic BPO experience

(e.g., customer service, call center, voice or non-voice support handling telecom, retail, banking, healthcare, travel, or similar accounts)

  • Amenable to work onsite in Pasay City
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
