We're Hiring: Customer Care Representative ? Location: On-Site, site in downtown Monterrey, at Centro Cuauhtémoc.
? Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM-4:00PM (DST may cause the schedule to vary)
? Salary & Benefits:
Monthly Salary: $15,******MXN before taxes + $1,******MXN in food vouchers + $******MXN company bonus + law and above the law benefits (minor medical plan, nutritional & psychological program once a month)
? About the Role
?Provide full customer support regarding any concern or request
?Probing to understand the root cause of the dissatisfaction to provide a tailored solution
?Remaining calm and patient with irate or emotional customers, turning negative experiences into positive ones
?Converting detractors into promoters

? Advanced English Skills/B2+
? High School Diploma
? 1 year of call center experience
