Timings: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Rotational Shifts)

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls at the Frontline HR Helpline Desk
- Respond to and resolve employee queries across Pakistan
- Maintain a professional and courteous tone in Urdu & English
- Accurately log, track, and follow up on employee concerns
- Provide timely support and escalate cases when necessary
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service, HR operations, or call center support (Mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
