Job Title: Customer Care Representative
Salary: 65,000 PKR
Timings: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Rotational Shifts)

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Care Representative to join our team. If you have strong communication skills and experience in handling customer or HR-related queries, this is a great opportunity for you

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls at the Frontline HR Helpline Desk
  • Respond to and resolve employee queries across Pakistan
  • Maintain a professional and courteous tone in Urdu & English
  • Accurately log, track, and follow up on employee concerns
  • Provide timely support and escalate cases when necessary

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service, HR operations, or call center support (Mandatory)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
