In this role you will provide technical and product related support to our African customers, helping improve the overall customer experience and fostering loyalty. You will work closely with sales and other functions, and will be the first point of contact for our African customers. Reporting to the Customer Care Manager for France, Morocco and Africa, you will have the opportunity to cooperate with an exciting team across the world while working flexibly 3 days per week from our offices in Polinya, BCN, and remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Export sales order processing in the ERP system as per the Care working procedures and credit note management.
