Rotating Schedules: 6:00am - 3.30pm / 7:00am - 4:30pm / 8:00am - 5:30pm / 8:30am - 6:00pm
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure quality of service for online orders
- Collaborate with vendors to coordinate returns, negotiate credits, resolve order discrepancies and issues with shipping carriers in a timely manner.
- Resolving customer needs via E-mail and phone call
- Constant communication with teams, WHs and customers
- Maintaining track of claims, cancellations, credits and properly follow up as required
- Be proactive to seek opportunity areas.
