Customer Care Representative – Dartmouth, Nova Scotia
Full‑time permanent position seeking a team player with a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a passion for customer service. The role promotes increased sales while providing accurate, prompt service to customers.
Responsibilities
- Customer Care Responsibilities (75–80%):
- Enter and process orders received through the warehouse as well as directly from vendors accurately and efficiently.
- Follow‑up and expedite with appropriate colleagues on all outstanding customer orders, answer logistic related inquiries, and proactively contact customers with missed/late deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer transactions, provide efficient follow‑ups, and resolve outstanding customer orders or concerns with minimum supervision.
